We are a group who crossed paths while working at different restaurants in nyc. Lead by Chef Phil who wanted to recreate the flavors of childhood growing up in Hong Kong, Brooklyn Dim Sum Co has evolved to become a melting pot of cultures and techniques brought together from our collective experiences. We pride ourselves in our hand crafted dim sum items, painstakenly put together in small batches. You can find us in Long Island City and several pop ups throughout the city.
